Analytics

Audience and chat metrics, top reactions, payments, and conversion funnels.

On this page

The Analytics section shows product metrics for your bot: how the audience grows, what drives payments, and which reactions and chats are most active. Unlike Stats (balance spend), the focus here is on user behavior.

Period and tabs

At the top, choose a period (7 days / 30 days) and switch between two tabs: Audience and Chats.

Audience

  • Users: total count and growth for the period.
  • Payments: total successful Telegram payments for the period (see Payments and balance).
  • Top 5 reactions: the most frequently triggered reactions (title and trigger count).

Chats

The "Activity by chat" table shows, for each chat, the number of messages and reactions, an activity indicator, and type ("Private" / "Group"). This helps you see where the bot is used most.

Saved funnels and experiments

For a general customer journey, use Saved funnels. They evaluate ordered events, alternatives, approved property conditions, a bounded UTC range, current segment membership, and a conversion window. Reports include conversion, drop-off, median time, trends, bounded breakdowns, and cohorts.

Use Experiments to compare immutable content or branch variants. Reports separate currencies and make the selected attribution model and window explicit. A warning is a data-quality signal, not a significance claim.

The older reaction-derived funnel remains available for its original summary use case; it does not replace the saved event funnel builder.
