What counts as a request?

A request is the billing unit: we count the work a reaction actually did. A delivered text message costs 1, a media message (photo, video, document, voice) 2, a call to an external service (web request, webhook, integration) 1, an AI call (model reply or speech recognition) 5. Actions that never leave the platform — conditions, variables, delays — cost 0. An undelivered message is not charged. One reaction run costs at least 1 request, and in a chain of reactions every link counts separately.

What happens if I exceed my request limit?

We'll notify you in advance as you approach the limit. You can purchase an add-on request pack or upgrade to a higher plan — your bot keeps running.

Is this a subscription?

You pay for the volume of requests processed, not for time. Your plan sets the monthly quota and the features available.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank cards and Telegram Stars.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, the "Starter" plan is free forever: 1 bot and 1,000 requests per month.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The new limit and features apply immediately.

Do unused requests expire?

The monthly quota resets each period; add-on packs purchased beyond the quota remain on your balance.
