Install on Webflow

Add the widget snippet to Webflow's custom head code and publish.

บนหน้านี้

This page covers only where to paste the snippet on Webflow and how to confirm it works. For everything else, see Site widget.

Where to paste the snippet

Open Project settings → Custom code → Head code and paste the complete snippet from Widget → Install, unchanged. This applies it site-wide; Webflow also lets you add code per page if you only want the widget on specific pages. Webflow's exact menu wording can differ by plan — if you don't see this exact name, look for the section for <head> code.

Verify the installation

Publish the site — custom code changes only take effect after a publish, even on a connected custom domain — then open Widget → Install in the studio and run Check installation. Only a runtime-ready result confirms the widget actually mounted — see Automatic diagnostics.

Common pitfalls

  • Publish the site. A saved change in the Designer alone never reaches visitors, even on the webflow.io staging domain — publishing is always required.
  • If you added the snippet per-page instead of in the project-wide head code, it only loads on that page.
  • A CDN cache can briefly serve a stale page right after publish — wait a minute and hard-refresh if diagnostics show stale evidence.
