Install on WordPress

Add the widget snippet through a code plugin or your theme, and verify it loaded.

บนหน้านี้

This page covers only where to paste the snippet on WordPress and how to confirm it works. For everything else, see Site widget.

Where to paste the snippet

WordPress has no single official place for this — it depends on your theme and plugins. Two common options:

  • A header/footer code plugin (for example "Insert Headers and Footers" or a similar snippet plugin) with an explicit field for <head> code.
  • Editing the active theme's header.php directly (Appearance → Theme File Editor, or your child theme's file), pasting the snippet right before </head>.

We are not certain which option your theme or plugin set exposes — look for the section described as the section for <head> code and paste the complete snippet there, unchanged.

Verify the installation

Save the change, then open Widget → Install in the studio and run Check installation against the live page. Only a runtime-ready result confirms the widget actually mounted — see Automatic diagnostics.

Common pitfalls

  • A caching plugin (or a host-level cache) can keep serving the old page without the snippet — clear the page cache after saving.
  • An HTML/JS "minify" optimization can occasionally break an inline <script> block — if the widget doesn't load, try excluding this page or script from minification.
  • Editing the parent theme's header.php is lost on the next theme update — use a child theme or a plugin instead.
