Install on GetCourse
Paste the widget snippet into GetCourse scripts and verify it loaded.

This page covers only where to paste the snippet on GetCourse and how to confirm it works. For everything else, see Site widget.
Where to paste the snippet
Open Settings → Scripts and paste the complete snippet from Widget → Install, unchanged, into the field for scripts added to every page. GetCourse's exact menu wording can differ by plan and interface version — if you don't see this exact name, look for the section for <head> code.
Verify the installation
Save the scripts settings, then open Widget → Install in the studio and run Check installation against a live page. Only a runtime-ready result confirms the widget actually mounted — see Automatic diagnostics.
Common pitfalls
- Check the saved value before publishing: some code fields reformat pasted code (adding line breaks or escaping characters) — confirm the snippet still reads exactly as copied.
- If your course pages and marketing pages are separate sites/domains in GetCourse, add the snippet to each one where the widget should appear, and add each of their origins in Allowed sites.
- Pages built with the visual page builder can override page-level scripts — if the widget is missing only on some pages, check that page's own script settings.
