Install on Wix
Add the widget snippet through Wix custom code and verify it loaded.
Na tej stronie
This page covers only where to paste the snippet on Wix and how to confirm it works. For everything else, see Site widget.
Where to paste the snippet
Open Settings → Custom code, add a new code snippet, paste the complete snippet from Widget → Install unchanged, set it to load on all pages, and place it in Head (Wix's own code-placement option). Wix's exact menu wording can differ by plan and editor version — if you don't see this exact name, look for the section for <head> code.
Verify the installation
Publish the site, then open Widget → Install in the studio and run Check installation against the published domain. Only a runtime-ready result confirms the widget actually mounted — see Automatic diagnostics.
Common pitfalls
- The editor's own preview can lag behind custom code changes — always recheck on the published domain, not the editor preview.
- Custom code additions need a Publish, like any other Wix change; saving the editor alone does not update the live site.
- If the code is scoped to specific pages instead of "All pages", the widget only appears there — check the code's page scope.
