Plans: the bot builder and Customer Engagement

GetMyBot has two separate products, each with its own line of plans and its own metric that drives the price.

  • The bot builder — reactions, flows, integrations, broadcasts. It counts requests: firing a reaction spends the combined weight of its actions from the account balance. For a full breakdown of the builder's plans and balance, see Payments and balance.
  • Customer Engagement (CE) — the site widget, customer profiles, a knowledge base, dialog analytics, campaigns. It counts unique widget visitors per month.

These are separate products with separate billing, but you can subscribe to both at once — and one of them is set up so it almost always ends up free. See the next section.

The bot builder comes free with any CE plan

If the account has a paid CE plan, the bot builder is turned on automatically and for free — there is nothing separate to buy. This free inclusion gives you:

  • 1 bot — exactly one bot per account; it does not let you create a second one.
  • A base monthly request quota — enough for the typical logic around a widget: a greeting, handing a conversation to an operator, a few simple reactions.

On the Billing page (/app/billing) this shows up as the "Bot builder" row with the status "Included with the '…' plan" — unlike your own paid builder subscription, this inclusion has no invoice or charge of its own. If the account needs more bots or more requests than the free inclusion gives, the builder can be bought as its own paid plan — it then works as an ordinary subscription to that product, independent of the CE plan.

CE plans

All four CE plans give the same monthly visitor limit and differ in which capabilities they include. Always check the Billing page (/app/billing) for the current prices and limit — the breakdown below is a guide to what each tier includes.

How visitors are counted

A unique visitor is a device-and-browser combination that opened the widget for the first time: on that first visit the browser is issued an identifier, which it stores and sends back on later visits. Installing the widget and its snippet are covered in Site widget.

Counting rules:

  • counted once per calendar month — repeat visits within the same month don't add to the count;
  • counted per account, not per bot — if the account has several widgets on different sites, a visitor who reaches two of them is counted once;
  • the plan's limit applies to exactly this monthly count, shown on the Billing page next to current usage.

An important caveat: this is an upper bound on the number of people, not an exact headcount. If a visitor clears their browser storage, or opens the widget from a different browser or device, they get a new identifier and are counted again. Any similar browser-based counter works this way, including competing services — the number is comparable to what you'd see in your own site analytics, but it isn't perfectly exact, and that's expected.

Annual billing and promo codes

Annual billing for a CE plan costs 12 months at a 20% discount, charged once a year. It isn't a separate "made-up" annual price — it's exactly 12 regular monthly payments minus a fifth.

Annual billing does not stack with a promo discount: if the account has an active discount promo code, it is not applied when paying annually, and the full annual price is charged in full. The discount itself isn't lost — it stays available for the plan's next monthly payment.

What's next

  • Site widget — installing the widget snippet and the allowed-origins list.
  • Payments and balance — the bot builder's own plans and requests, if you need more than one bot.
  • Analytics — dialog and visitor trends.
  • People — CE customer profiles.
